Asado is the Argentine for BBQ or grill up. It is the most primitive form of grilling yet also takes a lifetime to master.
Sizzle Grills Argentine Asado was established in 2015 when I returned to Cornwall with my young family after over 12 years in Buenos Aires and Argentina.

Fresh off the plane as a young graduate teacher it became apparent that in order to fit in with The Argentines it was essential to develop a strong sentiment for meat and fire. My Argentine Pals taught me well and with every new fire I learnt something new.
Little did I know that 20 years later this sentiment would become the passion that became my livelihood back in The UK.
Thanks to the charismatic Francis Mallmann the Argentine Asado has reached the consciousness of the UK BBQ world dramatically in the last 2 years. Many of our customers are experienced with American style smokers and kettle drum BBQs and now wish to try something more primitive and rustic where good results come through experience not the guarantee offered by the equipment.
At Sizzle Grills our aim is to make all things Asado open and easy for anyone wishing to learn and share the passion. Asado is fun and brings people together.
We have five main strings to our Asado bow -
1. We fabricate a range of Argentine Parrillas, chapas and crosses for sale to budding Asadors and BBQ caterers alike.
2. We cater “Gaucho” style for private functions, birthdays, weddings and the like.
3. We attend Food Festivals demoing our skills and selling Argentine style street food.
4. We offer Gran Asado Days out where you have the chance to learn and grill all day long at venues in Cornwall.
5. Hen Do and Stag Do weekends. Bring your friends together around a fire and learn the art of Asado.
